Applying a classic textural palette of brick and tiles on a subdivided development in Glen Iris, ‘Myrniong’ the two-dwelling development is sited well in the neighbourhood, offering generous open plan living for the contemporary family.

Scope of work included a review of builder’s drawings and design adjustments, resulting in maximizing yield whilst still providing sufficient private outdoor space for future residents.
