TAO is led by Min Tao, a Brisbane-based Registered Architect in Australia. Having over 15 years of Architectural Design and Management experience, some of the most notable projects he has worked on include W Hotel Brisbane, South City Square, and the Star Apartments Gold Coast. 

 

Born in Shanghai, raised in Melbourne, and now practicing in Brisbane, our designs are informed by a deep respect for the natural and cultural environment.  Min is also an advocate for appreciating diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, which is reflected in his unique, fusion approach to design. 

 

Having worked with multinational and local design firms, Min’s cross-cultural capabilities have enabled him to establish a diverse architectural project portfolio and provide guidance to overseas clients and high-level stakeholders of local Development and Building Approval processes and legislation. 

 

Min’s career objective is to advocate and assist in the delivery of people-oriented, culturally responsive, environmentally sustainable projects.
