‘Figtree’ is a luxury contemporary residence located on a hilltop in Brisbane, designed with large windows that maximise the surrounding views.

The project scope included the replanning of internal spaces to improve flow and functionality, as well as the reorganisation of the structure to enhance the overall design. The architect also standardised building elements such as windows to ensure buildability and affordability. The result is a stunning residence that seamlessly blends modern design with practicality, creating a comfortable and elegant living space that takes full advantage of its beautiful natural surroundings
